Refurbishment

3 BEDROOM FLAT, FULHAM, LONDON

We gave this space a total revamp; not only does it have a fresh new look, but the flat is now a far more practical area for living. We moved the boiler to the back lobby, then went to town with a complete kitchen makeover. We took all the existing units and tiles out of the kitchen and replaced them with a stylish Marmoleum floor and brand new units. We did the same in the bathroom, laying new tiles and installing a new washbasin, shower and bath. We carefully redecorated the entire flat, plastering or skimming all walls and ceilings before painting the whole space. We redid all the plumbing and wiring necessary for a more comfortable home, and fit a fire door to comply with safety standards. Finally, we installed 10 new radiators. The finished result is a flat that is far more attractive, with decor that looks appealing and modern. Beyond that, this home is also now a lot more liveable and can be enjoyed more by its residents. Our work has left it safer, as well as filling the space in a more practical way.
Refurbishment

WARWICK SQUARE, PIMLICO, LONDON

Building Vision London delighted in working on the complete refurbishment of two flats in the capital’s Warwick Square: one a large, two-bed apartment and the other, a one-bed. The project involved installing new modern kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, tiling, and hand crafted wardrobes.In both flats, we remodelled the space by demolishing old walls and inserting new partition walls. Both apartments were fully rewired and new central heating and hot and cold water systems installed, with brand new shower and bathrooms featuring modern plumbing units. We also ensured the apartments were finished to the very highest standards, with new plastering and newly fitted doors. Both were decorated to modern tastes with the help of interior design professionals, using neutral colours to maximise the feel of the space and giving them a bright, airy feel. Completed in May 2019, this project was valued at £140,000.
Refurbishment

3 BEDROOM FLAT, PUTNEY, LONDON

We gave this flat a major makeover, modernising it and personalising it to turn it into an exciting new home. One of the most ambitious parts of the project was the new Jack and Jill bathroom. This involved building new walls, fitting two doors and tiling the floor. After that, we installed a bath, mixer, and screen, ran totally new pipes, and installed a basin and toilet. To finish, we painted the ceiling and woodwork for a completely fresh and new bathroom. Two additional shower rooms were added, and we completed all the necessary plumbing, pipework, installation and decoration. The home makeover also involved demolishing old walls and putting up new partition walls, rewiring, plastering, and installing a new central heating and hot water system. The kitchen was revamped from head to toe, with the old installations replaced with new cabinets and appliances. We put in a stylish L-shaped worktop and fitted it with tiles to give a totally upgraded look. The job included finishing everything to a high safety standard, with a new consumer unit, light fittings, sockets and switches. The electrical installation was certified and registered with the local authority. Our full redecoration throughout the property has transformed this flat into an exciting modern home.
Loft Extension

LOFT CONVERSION, PUTNEY, LONDON

Our Putney loft extension project involved the complete renovation and modernisation of unused or under-utilised attic space. We fitted a flat roof with fibreglass and a tiled, pitched roof, with new windows to bring in more natural light. We also installed a modern shower room, with contemporary units, advanced underfloor heating and a new water tank to serve the house. In addition to the new bathroom, we ensured there was no square footage wasted by fitting under roof storage to maximise the usable space. Completed in March 2019, the project was valued at £75,000.
New Build

NEW BUILD WORCESTER PARK, SUTTON, SURREY

Building Vision London Ltd took on this challenging new build project featuring natural roof slates and a tough turnaround time of just three months. Faced with unconventional features like rounded windows and a demanding deadline, careful planning was the key to delivering on time for their client even when dealing with unexpected obstacles like the discovery of waste pipes during the excavation stage. Building Vision London kept the project on track and delivered two lovely homes for the rental market. Completed in June 2018, this project was valued at £450,000.
